Yup! You don’t even have to buy anything, software wise.

Windows Sonic is free inside Windows 10, provided you’re on that version of Windows. There’s plenty of artciles out there showing how to turn it on. They’ve changed the method once or twice, but it should be in the right-click menu that pops up on the speaker icon in the system tray. Look for Spatial Sound.
