The only thing I can think of that even remotely fits your list of must-haves is the Sennheiser 4.50 BT, a headphone that I’ve never had the pleasure of owning myself, so I can’t say much about it outside of what I’ve heard secondhand.

I’m not going to be of much more help to you than a simple internet search would have been, I’m sorry!

Wireless noise cancelling headphones of decent quality under the $300 mark are hard to come by, and the brands you mentioned don’t really make them outside of the one model I mentioned above.

Decent wireless non noise-cancelling headphones are getting easier to find at a lower price point, so I imagine it’s just a matter of time until we see ANC start to creep down into cheaper models. Then again, they have to have *Something* to make you pay extra for!
