The Blackshark V2X has a better microphone that will cancel out more background noise, and it has a larger range of adjustment that fits a bit better on my head. It also has a slightly stronger bass response, if that's something you'd personally be into.

They're both exemplary for their prices, and the Redragon comes with a lot of bonus features the Blackshark lacks (detachable cable and mic, sound card, etc). I don't think either one is a bad choice at their price point so you should go with whichever one appeals more/has the features you want.
