That’s a good choice! I’ve had the MH751/752 on my “future reviews” list for a while, but I didn’t snap one up when they first came out, and now they’re constantly selling out before I click order, haha. I appreciate you saying that Cooler Master should send me one, but I don’t actually have any contact with companies outside a few friendly emails every once in a great while, and I buy all the products I review with my own money. I’m purely an enthusiast and I don’t want there to be any confusion about whether I was paid for a review, even if it was just with free/cheap gear.

I’m also not saying that professional reviewers shouldn’t accept review samples or enter into disclosed marketing agreements with companies….just that it’s not really something I’m looking to do. And I’m not big enough to do it anyway, at least, not right now, haha.

I don’t think Cooler Master originally expected them to be a hit. When they first showed off a prototype, they had a translucent back with RGB lighting inside, and then at some point late in production they decided to go with the more basic finish.

The only thing I didn’t love about the Takstar Pro 82 was the way the pads were attached, but everything else was great. So when I finally get around to them, I’m pretty sure I’ll enjoy them. I like to wait until I can get something without resorting to extreme lengths as I think that’s the sort of buying experience everyone should have. I’m glad you were able to snag a pair on Amazon before they sold out again!

Hope you enjoy them!
