That depends on whether you want the coiled cable and future equipment upgrade headroom of the 250 ohm model, or the straight cable and slightly increased sub bass of the 80 ohm model.

I have successfully powered both of these out of a 2016 MacBook. Apple’s included headphone amp hardware is usually pretty good, across all their devices that still have a headphone jack. The 250 ohm version will give you a bit more volume headroom in the future if you decide to upgrade to a dedicated amp, and it was designed to better pair with a dedicated interface or other studio gear.

Currently, I only own the 250 ohm version as I like its coiled cable and I have a few small amps I sometimes use. But only you can decide which model appeals personally to you the most! They’re similar enough that if one is cheaper, you could always just let that make the decision for you.
