That audio interface is a nice piece of kit! I looked up the specifications, and like most audio interfaces, it looks like it has its own headphone amp built in to power the headphone jack on the front, so you should be totally good to go for the DT770’s.

Don’t be surprised if you have to crank the volume up a touch higher than you’re used to, as the 770’s aren’t the most sensitive headphones in the world…but I’d be truly shocked if that Focusrite had any trouble powering them to their fullest. I think you’re all set!
