One of these days I’m going to get around to reviewing the Kraken Tournament Edition. Razer has discounted the older V2 models numerous times as they’ve launched the TE and the Nari, shifting their focus to the new THX Spatial Sound lineup.

I like Steelseries stuff as well, and it sounds like you’re a big fan. Their pre-Arctis models always ran a bit small for my giant head.

I think HyperX and Plantronics offer the best raw sound quality for the money. The RIG 400 sounds better than pretty much any other 40–50 dollar headphone/headset, at least to my sound signature tastes.
