No worries! I know this stuff can be difficult!

I don’t think you need to worry about making a mistake, everything you’ve been looking at is good, they’re all just “different.” :)

The Cloud Core/I/II and the Arctis 3 are both great choices. The Arctis has a better microphone and a detachable cable, but the Cloud models have more metal in their build, and a sound that reminds me of my favorites: The DT770.

The main difference between the Cloud models is their included special features. So if you don’t need any of the extras from those above the Core model, then you’ll save some money getting the Core.

As for the Stinger, it was never meant to fully compete with the more expensive stuff, but in the budget range it’s pretty great. Its mic is about the same quality as the mic on the Cloud models, and it sounds a bit more fun.

At some point you’ll just have to dive in since so much of this stuff is up to your own personal opinions. It’s not so much about making a mistake, it’s about learning what you like. Any of these options would be a great headset, and hopefully they won’t send you down the rabbit hole of wanting more of them, like what happened to me, hahaha.

Happy hunting!
