I’m not sure, I’m sorry! I’ve never run into that problem myself! Do you have another computer you can test the headset on, or a friend’s headset you can test out on your computer? That should help point you in the right direction.

The only thing off the top of my head I can think would cause that is listening to music that’s so loud it’s leaking out of the ear cups and in to the microphone. That, or it might be something wrong with your sound card settings.

If it does turn out to be a defective headset, Plantronics has good support people.
