If you don’t mind a strong bass response, they’re good for games…though without EQ they might not have the same footsteps/treble emphasis that you’re used to if you play a lot of competitive games with a “tuned for gaming” headset right now.

I mostly play single player stuff though and for that, they’re basically perfect! I use the E-mu Walnut more these days, but they’re nearly identical save for a very slight increase in bass in the wooden version.
