I think a three week response time between reporting a broken toilet to apartment management and a fixed toilet is a fairly reasonable thing to get upset about in the grand scheme of modern apartment living. :)
I could have also gone more into the elaborate and delightfully ridiculous backstory about how this is the culmination of issues that started in January when the entire third floor of the building flooded…but that would have bloated my already-pushing-it Medium article a little too far, indeed.
