I hear you! Thanks for sharing your experience. In the “old days,” I’ll agree their support was much better. I had a friend whose mouse broke a couple years after he bought it, but he managed to send them the receipt and he was a long-time Logitech customer. They overnighted him a new mouse the next morning.
I don’t hear many stories like that about Logitech anymore, and I think in their quest to have a larger and larger product line, they’ve lost a bit of the consistency they used to have about 10 years ago.
