I bought one of these myself about 8 months ago, and sadly I got a defective unit with one loose stick and two paddles that wouldn’t seat correctly…and they didn’t have any others for me to exchange it for at my local Best Buy. So I had to return it.

I still liked a lot of things about it though. I liked the additional weight, even if that doesn’t directly translate into anything more premium about the controller. And I liked the customizable nature of everything.

I am surprised they never released these in more colors…and I’m surprised they never updated it to include the alternate Bluetooth connection functionality that newer Xbox One S pads provide. That Bluetooth connection is handy when I want to game on my MacBook or my PC without using the official Microsoft dongle.

But tell me Daven, are you going to buy the new Duke?????

Because I probably am.
