HyperX Launches Pulsefire Mat RGB
The company’s take on an RGB desk mat has built-in profile storage
I’m a long-time fan and user of HyperX’s audio gear, but a relative newcomer to their other gaming peripherals. I reviewed and enjoyed both the Pulsefire Dart mouse and Alloy Origins Core mechanical keyboard earlier this year, and I’ve got upcoming reviews in the works for their Pulsefire Haste and Fury S Speed Edition mouse surface.
If full-size desk mats are to your liking and you love RGB, then you might be interested in their latest mouse pad launch: the Pulsefire Mat RGB. It features stitched anti-fray edges, built-in storage for up to three profiles, and a touch sensor that lets you swap between your profiles easily.
The Mat is the same 900mm by 420mm size as the current XL edition of the Fury S, but it now has two RGB lighting zones that you can customize through the Ngenuity software.
I love that HyperX often includes the ability to store your profiles and customizations right inside the device, so you don’t have to have any extra software running while in-game. RGB desk mats provide an eye-catching look for your home setup, and are also great if you’re doing any streaming or other online creation and want your desk to pop.

New HyperX Pulsefire Mat RGB Mouse Pad Brightens the Gaming World

The mouse pad offers onboard memory to save up to three lighting profiles, as well as a built-in touch sensor to easily switch between profiles for an uninterrupted, intuitive experience. Pulsefire Mat RGB also utilizes seamlessly stitched, anti-fray edges that provide a flat and uniform surface and resistance to daily wear and tear.

The mouse pad is backed by a two-year warranty.
