I’ve never had the chance to hear the 7510’s, but I did get to try their consumer off-shoot, the ZX700.
Unfortunately, the pair I received had crushed ear pads from being packaged slightly crooked for a half decade. In spite of that, I mostly enjoyed them, though their laid back bass response wasn’t as much to my personal tastes as some other pairs.
It’s a shame that Sony likes to pretend the 7510 doesn’t exist and still pushes their older studio designs harder, as I think the newer form factor is more comfy and a better-looking design overall.
I liked the ZX700 enough that the 7510 is still on my “someday” list!
