I’m not sure I can be of much help. I have a 2016 12- inch MacBook, and I just plugged in the USB adapter via the USB-C dongle, made sure the output settings were set to the Void Pro Wireless, and I got audio just fine.
The surround features don’t work and the lights defaulted to color cycling, because (as I mentioned in the review) both of those features only fully work with Corsair’s PC software.
If you’re getting basic audio and volume control…that’s all that works on the Mac and you’re getting the best experience you can get with the Void Pro Wireless.
If you’re not getting audio, you could check to make sure your MacBook is outputting to the headset instead of the built-in audio jack, and if that setting is correct…then there’s not much more I can do to help you.
I can’t even run a test on this headset for you today as I no longer own my pair…but you could try Corsair support? Hope you get it working!
